"Removing debris and clutter from your heart." (98) This thought inspires all kinds of insights from my study over the past few years in neuro-science and brain imaging research. The more distracted we become with toxic, negative thoughts, the more likely we are to stress and be distressed. The more I learn, the more prompted I am, to ask God to "de-stress" my mind or "de-toxify" my thought life so I am better able to focus on Him and His directives for my every day life! "For we are the sanctuary of the living God." II Cor. 6:16
