Ample Time to Realign

"Trust Me enough to spend ample time with Me, pushing back the demands of the day... I am omnipotent, I able to bend time and events in your favor... (and help) you sort out what is important and what is not." (43)
To think that God's ability "to bend time and events in our favor" is phenomenal!
I have experienced that on numerous occasions. What looked absolutely impossible was accomplished! There have been times I've even asked God to commission angels or prompt the Holy Spirit to come to my aid when the situation was so beyond my wisdom and ability. He was faithful to intervene somehow and supernatural strength, protection and provision were granted!
I love the fact that His eye is continually on me! He knows exactly what is and isn't important in my day. I sometimes have to remind myself that even cancellations and delays are a part of God's gracious gifts of intervention. I'm overwhelmingly relieved and....

  1. I have also experienced God's time bending miracles! I love it when He does that! However there is one prayer I have not had answered and that is what to do about my relationship with my dad. It never seems to improve and we have nothing really to talk about since we don't see eye to eye on politics or religion. I am now to the point of just saying, "I'm done." Then I read the scripture for today.

“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one.Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.” Luke 10:41-42

In some way I feel God is telling me not to worry about this and that He will take care it. I just need to focus on my relationship with my heavenly Father. So for now this is what I will do.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.
    Psalm 32:8

As for my dad, well he is in God's hands now.

  3. I love this message, so many times we try to declare things in the name of God. We don't know what is important and not important, but spending time with God will allow God to show us. He really does bend time for us and we can definitely accomplish more by allowing him to set the big rocks for us :-) - Kevin Moore
